History

Bell Tower Park, developed by Robert Helmsley of Grosse Point Development, began home construction in 2003 and was complete by 2008. The Community sold out quickly, despite the 2007-08 recession, and was turned over to the homeowners in early 2011.

After that, the Property Owner’s Association took control and with the help of a community manager’s company, has maintained the property. Upon turnover, a volunteer Board of Directors, and committees: social, landscape, amenities, communications, safety, and finance were formed to help manage the business of Bell Tower Park. This financially solid Community continues to make improvements, conducting capital projects to remain one of the most favorite locations in Lee County.
