The Bell Tower Park Community features a number of attractive amenities.

Clubhouse

A 6,200 square foot building, it contains a foyer, resident’s library, large meeting and function room that contains a large screen television, a catering kitchen, a billiards table and numerous tables and chairs for parties and entertainment.

Clubhouse Pool Area

Features a resort style, heated pool with a heated spa. Residents and guests enjoy propane grills, a covered porch area and tables, chairs and pool loungers. The area also has a covered tiki hut for entertaining.

Fitness Center

The east wing of the clubhouse contains a popular quality workout facility with plenty of equipment to minimize or usually eliminate wait times.

Children’s Playground

The little ones can enjoy themselves in a safe, convenient area to have some fun.

Sports Complex

Residents and guests currently enjoy the use of two clay tennis courts and a basketball court that is also used for pickleball. Later this summer, the complex will be renovated. Four brand new pickleball courts will be built, along with a bocce court, while one of the tennis courts will be eliminated. This new configuration will allow Bell Tower Park to stay consistent with current recreational trends in our area.

Avon Park Pool

A smaller version of the Clubhouse pool, this facility provides most of the same features – a heated pool and spa, chairs and tables, pool furniture and cooking grills used for pool parties.

Walking Trails

Many residents enjoy walking and bicycling around this beautiful Community. However, others enjoy the John Yarborough Nature Trail that runs for miles along the Ten Mile Canal, that is adjacent to our eastern perimeter. A convenient resident’s gate allows direct access to the trail.
