Any event or reservation of a community facility that appears on this Community Calendar needs to first be authorized through the BTP office staff. This is primarily for the reasons of avoiding date conflicts, as well as suitability, liability, and compliance with BTP governing rules.
To start the authorization process, complete the Clubhouse Rules and Reservation Form. This can be filled out on screen, then attached to an email or printed and delivered to the office.
