As we continue to improve and expand the Bell Tower Park POA website, look for two new items in the “OUR COMMUNITY” drop-down list!
One is labeled “Neighborhoods.” This area is dedicated to some general info about the sub-associations in our community and outlines the homes that belong in each section. As we all know, it has not always been easy for everyone to understand which sub-association they belong to, so hopefully this will help clarify.
The other new drop-down item that can be found under “OUR COMMUNITY” is “Public Documents.” This area is intended to help sellers, buyers, real estate professionals, and all residents to locate information and documents related to changes in ownership or tenancy. Some of these items may have loosely been referred to in the past as “condo docs.”
